A Bit About Me

A little about myself... I am an E-RYT500 certified yoga instructor and a Software Engineer. For over a decade, I've shared my passion for yoga with diverse students in various San Francisco Bay Area yoga studios and gyms. I was a devoted Ashtanga Mysore practitioner; teaching yoga is an integral part of my yogic journey, with the goal of sharing the profound benefits of yoga with the world. I believe in guiding you to discover the 'love and light' through a proper yoga practice. My classes cater to both beginners and advanced practitioners, providing a range of options and detailed explanations throughout each session. With over 10  years of teaching experience and solid reviews from students, I am confident in delivering a meaningful and enriching yoga experience.

My Vision

My vision is simple: I want to share the profound benefits of practicing yoga with everyone around the world. Yoga has transformed my life, and I believe its power should be accessible to people from all walks of life, no matter where they are.

Over the years, I’ve practiced in many yoga classes, and I’ve been surprised by the declining quality of instruction from many yoga teachers today. I know I can do better. I believe in teaching yoga instructors in a way that is both authentic and rooted in real-life experience—something I find missing in many modern yoga schools.

With selfLove.Yoga, I aim to create a global platform to not only share yoga with individuals but to train future yoga teachers who can carry this wisdom forward. By passing on my teaching skills and business experience, I will empower new generations of teachers who will spread the gift of yoga to people I may never personally reach. Through them, I believe we can collectively touch lives and uplift communities all around the globe, achieving the ultimate vision of bringing yoga’s healing power to everyone, everywhere.
