Welcome to the First Blog on selfLove.Yoga: A New Journey Begins!

Updated: 24 hours ago

Today marks a special milestone—on November 13, 2024, the very first version of selfLove.Yoga is live, and this is our inaugural blog post! I couldn’t be more excited to share this moment with you and begin this journey together. I created this site with a clear vision in mind: to pass on my yoga teaching skills and knowledge to create the next generation of inspiring, knowledgeable, and compassionate yoga instructors.

Yoga has been a life-changing practice for me, and I believe it holds the potential to bring immense benefits to anyone who embarks on this journey. However, since COVID-19, it’s become more challenging to find high-quality yoga classes and truly dedicated instructors. The pandemic reshaped the yoga landscape, and while online classes surged, the personal touch and deep knowledge that great teachers bring became harder to find. This experience sparked a vision for me—to build a platform where aspiring teachers and practitioners could learn, grow, and connect in meaningful ways.

What selfLove.Yoga Offers

This platform is designed not just to teach poses and techniques but to cultivate skilled, mindful yoga instructors who understand the philosophy, history, and depth behind every asana and breath. At selfLove.Yoga, my goal is to make high-quality yoga education accessible, flexible, and affordable, so anyone with a passion for yoga can develop their skills, whether they’re looking to deepen their personal practice or pursue teaching.

  1. Accessible and Affordable Resources: Many essential resources are free, reflecting my belief that foundational yoga knowledge should be accessible to all.

  2. Experienced, Real-World Teaching: I aim to bring practical insights from years of teaching to help prepare future instructors for real-world classes.

  3. Flexible Learning: The platform offers self-paced options so you can learn at your convenience, no matter your schedule or location.

  4. Ongoing Mentorship: After graduation, I’ll continue to support new instructors with mentorship, guidance, and resources to help them thrive in their yoga journey.

Looking Forward

This is only the beginning. As we grow, I plan to expand our offerings, refine our courses, and continue adding valuable resources. My hope is that selfLove.Yoga becomes a trusted space for learning, growth, and connection for those passionate about yoga. Whether you’re here to enhance your practice or embark on a teaching path, I’m thrilled to welcome you to our community.

Thank you for joining me on this journey. Together, let’s spread the love and knowledge of yoga far and wide.
